From July 1st to 3rd, 2015, Samson Technology participated in the 15th South China International Industrial Automation Exhibition held in Shenzhen, China, and introduced the first "Intelligent Dispersive Confocal Light Source Imaging System", which is focused on the application themes of cell phones case height segment difference detection, dispersive confocal light source-free imaging, 3D surface inspection, etc., to show you Samson's latest machine vision technology and its solutions.

(1) mobiles phones case height segment difference detection
We will introduce the solutions for 3C parts equipment such as edge height, size and aperture inspection encountered in cell phones case production.
(2) Intelligent dispersive confocal light source imaging
Introducing the inspection principle using dispersive confocal laser and vision solutions for machine vision automated inspection system integration.
(3) 3D surface inspection
Introducing Samson's broad line of discrete devices for industrial curved products such as curved glass, cell phones cases and other accessory modules, combined with confocal laser principle CCD imaging technology to achieve efficient and high performance product inspection needs.
(4) AIP5000 Series Image Processors
We introduce solutions that adapt to a variety of industrial camera combinations using integrated GPIO interfaces, including industrial camera interfaces such as OPT-C, GIGE, USB, 1394B, CameraLink, etc. Image processors that can perform high-speed image and large-capacity data transmission, and use smarter technology to treat the environment preferably.
